Our foundation is driven by the belief that education is a powerful catalyst for change and that every student deserves the chance to succeed.
Deola Ajayi Educational Foundation is a registered charity offering financial support to the underprivileged
young people who are currently enrolled in schools, either high school or University. By providing essential
resources, such as school supplies, high quality books, and developmental tools, as well as funding for
innovative educational programs and initiatives to strengthen the education profession, the education
foundation ensures that every student has the support they need to succeed academically and personally.
The education foundation collaborates with educators, businesses, and the community to bridge gaps in
education, promote equity, and empower students to reach their full potential, ultimately fostering a stronger,
more vibrant community. The foundation was established by Mr. Adeola Ajayi-Philips, an IT professional.
The Foundation’s objective is to promote education (including social and physical training) of young people
registered in institutions of learning within Nigeria. The principal aims are to support young people who are in
full-time education, higher institutions of learning and when sufficient funds are available, to support local
voluntary grounds providing recreational and social activities. We actively support young people across a wide
range of organizations and activities within our geographical reach.
Adeola Ajayi-Philips is the founder of D.A.E.F., with a long track record of success in the information and health technology sectors. He received his Master of Science degree in Business Intelligence from Full Sail University, Orlando, Florida, and a Doctor of Business Administration with an emphasis in data science from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, Arizona (in view).
In addition to his formal education, Adeola possesses the following relevant IT certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) with a focus in Data Management & Analytics, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) – Business Intelligence Development, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) – SQL Database Development, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
